{"id":14318,"date":"2020-04-24T13:17:56","date_gmt":"2020-04-24T11:17:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/inrespublica.org.ua\/?p=14318"},"modified":"2020-05-10T22:43:15","modified_gmt":"2020-05-10T20:43:15","slug":"lyubomyra-mandzij-pro-rezultaty-publichnyh-konsultatsij-shhodo-doshkillya","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/inrespublica.org.ua\/en\/aktyvna-hromada\/lyubomyra-mandzij-pro-rezultaty-publichnyh-konsultatsij-shhodo-doshkillya.html","title":{"rendered":"Lubomyra Mandziy about public consultations on preschool education"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Results of an online conversation with Acting Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Lubomyra Mandziy.<\/span><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">April 23 at 15:00 on Ministry of Health Facebook page\u00a0 live video broadcast\u00a0 Acting Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Lubomyra Mandziy\u00a0 told about public consultations &#8220;Quality and affordable preschool education&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Public consultations took place in November-December 2019 in 6 cities of Ukraine: Kyiv, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Odessa, Lviv and Ternopil. During this time\u00a0 500 people and more than 2,400 participants took part in online discussion. In total\u00a0 2,921 people from 23 regions took part in the public consultations (parents of preschoolers, employees and founders of institutions of preschool education , representatives of public organizations).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-14319\" src=\"https:\/\/inrespublica.org.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/reliz-rezultaty-PK.png\" alt=\"Mandziy Reliz\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" srcset=\"https:\/\/inrespublica.org.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/reliz-rezultaty-PK.png 1200w, https:\/\/inrespublica.org.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/reliz-rezultaty-PK-300x200.png 300w, https:\/\/inrespublica.org.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/reliz-rezultaty-PK-768x512.png 768w, https:\/\/inrespublica.org.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/reliz-rezultaty-PK-1024x683.png 1024w, https:\/\/inrespublica.org.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/reliz-rezultaty-PK-212x141.png 212w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lubomyra Mandziy drew attention to the following proposals of the participants of the consultations:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">updating the content of preschool education, creating a safe educational space, highly qualified teachers, partnership with parents and ensuring continuity between preschool and school education as important factors of\u00a0 raising the level of preschool education<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to 34% of the founders of preschool institutions the quality of education is influenced by the creation of a new educational space. Participants stressed the importance of soft loans and the creation of conditions for the installation of private institutions of preschool education.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">62% of parents say that the purpose of preschool education is the social and personal development of the child. The most important task is the formation of the child&#8217;s communication skills (79% of parents).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A detailed report on the results of the public consultation can be viewed here.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Based on the suggestions and comments heard from the participants of the consultations, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine has identified further steps for the development of preschool:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">updating the regulations on preschool education;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">development of the concept of education of children of early and preschool age;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">work on the Basic component of preschool education;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the law &#8220;On preschool education&#8221;.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align:
